I am going through a phase...
where I can't take on pressure

It gave me fast heart beats
numb on fingers and some times toes also..
sweating palms, and high blood presure

I thought it went away...

But, it came back today.. 
with a different form

tighten of chest this time..
and the back hurts,
i can't breath.. 

so i have to crouch and curl 
to make my chest hurt a bit less when i breath

some hours pass
I finally feel a bit better...

but still in pain...
finally I gave up to the meds..

waiting to feel better and sleepy..........
